Port Charles is bracing for chaos as shocking theories swirl about several presumed-dead characters making dramatic comebacks — and the most terrifying possibility centers on Alex Devane Merrick.

Rumors that Nathan West or Britt Westbourne might return were already electrifying fans, but whispers that Alex herself may be alive have pushed the speculation into overdrive.
