At the center of it all is young Rocco Falconer, who finally breaks under the weight of his secret. In a tearful confession to his mother, Lulu Spencer, he reveals the horrifying truth: he followed Britt to Pier 55 out of curiosity, only to witness a deadly confrontation.
When federal agent Ross Cullum moved to kill Jason Morgan, Rocco acted on instinct—he picked up a gun and shot Cullum in the back. Now, shaken and terrified, he’s forced to confront what he’s done.
