General Hospital Preview: Sidwell’s Grief-Fueled Revenge Puts Sonny in the Line of Fire!

The streets of Port Charles are more dangerous than ever, and the latest General Hospital preview reveals that one man’s quest for revenge could have deadly consequences. Worse, because of a secret locked inside one woman’s brain, the wrong person could wind up paying the ultimate price!

A grief-stricken Sidwell wants revenge for his son’s murder. The only problem? His suspicions are being aimed in entirely the wrong direction. While it’s natural for Sidwell to assume that rival Sonny was responsible. And it probably doesn’t look particularly good that Jason, the human weapon Sonny often aims at his enemies, is suddenly missing!

But could a potent combo of anger, fury and grief push Sidwell to take deadly action against Sonny (or even Ric!) in a misguided attempt at “justice”?

Meanwhile, the actual guilty party is lying in the hospital fighting for his life. As questions linger regarding who shot Cullum, one person knows the truth… even if she doesn’t actually remember! Why? Because Britt was on the pier that night. While she’d hit her head and was unconscious by the time Rocco fired the shot that felled Sidwell and saved Jason, she no doubt heard the frantic and hushed conversation which followed. Perhaps hypnosis or some other technique could help her remember exactly what went down?

Unfortunately, Sidwell’s not the only one barking up the wrong tree. Carly believes that her BFF Jason pulled the trigger and is demanding answers from Brennan.

As Mulder was forever telling Scully, the truth is out there. The big question is how long it can be kept under wraps and, of course, how deadly the consequences will be when it inevitably comes to light!
