GH Spoilers: Rocco overhears Sidwell & Nathan’s conversation and discovers that Nathan is an imposter

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) could put his eavesdropping skills to good use once more.

Rocco overheard plenty on Pier 55, where he ultimately shot Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) before a cover-up ensued.

What if the next time Rocco overhears something that isn’t meant for his ears, it leads him to the truth about “Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey)?

Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) might corner Cassius for a confrontation somewhere thinking no one else is around.

Rocco could eavesdrop around the corner again and learn way more than either of them bargained for!

On the other hand, Rocco might listen in on a revealing phone conversation instead.

Cassius might think he’s alone and assure Sidwell that no one will ever find out he’s not the real Nathan West.

Whatever the case, Rocco might put it together that “Nathan” is actually his long-lost twin brother.

If Rocco does find out that Nathan is a fraud, you can bet he’ll want to tell Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).

However, Cassius might discover that Rocco has overheard and quickly pump the brakes.

Now that Cassius is working so hard to cover for Rocco, he may insist Rocco needs to return the favor.

In fact, Cassius may warn that he’ll rat Rocco out if he dares to expose his true identity.

The WSB could lock Rocco up and throw away the key!

Then again, Cassius might suggest he’ll just hand Rocco straight over to Cullum and guarantee that he won’t survive whatever confrontation might follow.

Lulu could also land in danger if she learns too much, so Cassius may insist the safest thing for everyone is if Rocco keeps his mouth shut.

Cassius might assure Rocco that regardless of what his real name is, he cares deeply for Lulu.

Even so, Rocco will be in a tight spot if he’s forced to deceive Lulu about something so huge.

Rocco might open up to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and get confirmation that she already knows the real Cassius story.

General Hospital spoilers suggest Rocco could face another overwhelming mess if he finds out “Nathan’s” true identity, so stay tuned to see if that shocking news is ahead for him.
