Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of May 12-16 reveal that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will face double trouble while EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) scores some new clues. DOOL fans will also see the Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) drug mission outcome, so let’s talk about what’s in store on Days.

First, Xander will fret over Sarah Horton Kiriakis’ (Linsey Godfrey) medical ordeal.

It looks like Sarah will land in the hospital following an allergic reaction, so Xander’s attention will be on his ailing wife for a bit.

That could give EJ the chance to swoop in and make a power play for the hospital while Xander’s distracted.

Control of the hospital’s Versavix research is up for grabs, so it’s just a matter of whether EJ can beat Titan to the purchase.

Since Xander was so quick to take over DiMera Enterprises while the DiMera family was in crisis, he may get a taste of his own medicine now.

This could bring EJ’s perfect opportunity to fight harder for the hospital while Xander’s busy.

Between Sarah’s drama and EJ’s sneakiness, it could mean double the trouble for Xander!

In the meantime, Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will move forward with their lab break-in plans.

Days spoilers say Steve and Shawn will hope to steal the dose Bo needs and get out of there as fast as possible.

Nevertheless, there could be a curveball if Dr. Jeffrey Russell (Michael Dietz) bails on the medical conference Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) tried to send him to.

Dr. Russell might return to the lab unexpectedly depending on how Days writers want to take this storyline.

Then again, maybe Shawn and Steve will manage to finally get their hands on the miracle drug that could help Bo recover.

Either way, Julie Willians (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will have Bo on her mind in the coming episodes.

At some point, Julie will send a prayer up to Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) as she hopes Bo pulls through this nightmare for the family.

Speaking of family nightmares, EJ’s dealing with one since he believes Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) may have been his shooter.

Some new clues should eventually steer EJ in a different direction since it looks like Johnny didn’t actually pull the trigger.

Over with Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier), he’ll land at the hospital after a fierce beating within the next week or so.

Xander may wind up on the hot seat and get accused of going after Philip for revenge.

However, this might actually tie in with Doug Williams III’s (Peyton Meyer) messy money situation since he’s facing demands for more cash.

Will Philip get tangled up in all the mayhem now that he’s gotten to know Doug a bit?
