DAYS Deidre Hall Shows Her Co-Star Some Love
Marlena’s (Hall) granddaughter Rachel (Mote) looked a little different as they celebrated St. Patrick’s Day together. Mote has taken over the role of Rachel from Alice Halsey, who made her final appearance as Rachel earlier this month.
Following the episode, Hall used Instagram to give a big shout-out to her new co-star and welcome her to the DAYS family. The beloved actress shared a photo of her with Mote on set in Marlena’s living room, grinning from ear to ear.
Hall kept her caption simple, writing, “A warm welcome to my darling new co-star!” In the comment section, Mote got a shout-out from her on-screen father, Eric Martsolf (Brady).
The role of Rachel was slightly aged up, as Mote is 13 and Halsey is 11. It’s not much of an age difference, but it’s enough to shake up some storylines since Mote is a little older.
