FULL General Hospital 5-11-2026 Spoilers | GH Monday, May 11 | 2026
Port Charles is spiraling into complete chaos, and honestly, every storyline feels like it’s about to explode at the exact same time. Monday’s episode promises betrayal, panic, manipulation, and emotional devastation from every corner of town.
At the center of the storm is Sonny Corinthos, whose paranoia has officially reached a terrifying level. Sonny has convinced himself that Ric Lansing and Ava Jerome are secretly plotting against him, and instead of stopping to think rationally, he immediately jumps to the most dangerous possible conclusion.

Rather than confronting Ric directly, Sonny quietly pulls Ethan Lovett into his orbit and begins setting a mysterious trap that sounds far more sinister than anything Ric actually deserves.
The tragedy is that Ric isn’t even scheming. While Sonny sees betrayal everywhere, Ric is actually trying to do something heartfelt for Elizabeth Baldwin.
His business arrangement with Ava at the gallery is tied to a romantic surprise he’s planning for Liz, including a possible weekend getaway and an extravagant art purchase meant to impress her.
But Sonny’s damaged mindset can no longer separate loyalty from deception. Ethan’s surveillance only fuels Sonny’s suspicions, and now Ric could end up ambushed or kidnapped simply because Sonny refuses to believe anyone’s intentions could be innocent.
Meanwhile, over at the PCPD, Dante Falconeri is walking straight into the most painful truth of his entire life.
The investigation into the Pier 55 shooting is unraveling rapidly, and Elizabeth begins connecting horrifying dots that nobody wanted exposed. The blood evidence doesn’t match Jason or Ross Cullum, and Liz suddenly realizes the shooter may have been Dante’s own son, Rocco.
The realization hits like a freight train. Dante has always believed in justice, law, and accountability, but now he’s forced to confront the possibility that his teenage son accidentally shot the WSB director while the people closest to him covered it up.
The emotional fallout is devastating. Jason has sacrificed himself to protect Rocco, Lulu has been drowning in guilt, and Britt knows far more than she’s admitting. Dante now faces an impossible decision. Does he protect his child or uphold the law he has dedicated his life to serving? Either choice could destroy his family forever.
At the same time, Lulu is being manipulated by the dangerously unstable imposter posing as Nathan West.
The evil twin, secretly operating as “Cashes,” is pushing Lulu to send Rocco away immediately before the truth comes out. He frames it as protection, but it’s obvious he’s really trying to save himself.
Cashes knows Britt is close to exposing him, and he knows Dante is uncovering too much evidence. Lulu, terrified for her son, is vulnerable enough to believe his lies. But sending Rocco away could make everything even worse.
Elsewhere, Carly Corinthos is unraveling over Josslyn’s disappearance. Convinced Jack Brennan used WSB resources to abduct her daughter, Carly immediately goes into attack mode.

Valentin Cassadine believes Brennan is responsible too, which leads him to recruit Nina Reeves for a risky manipulation scheme.
Nina is supposed to get close to Brennan and secretly gather information, but Carly absolutely hates the plan. She doesn’t trust Nina anywhere near her daughter’s life, especially with all the blackmail and secrets surrounding Drew Kane’s shooting.
And speaking of Drew, his storyline may be the darkest of all. Paralyzed by injections administered under pressure from Willow, Drew is trapped inside his own body while Nina wrestles with guilt and fear.
Every scene feels horrifying as Drew struggles desperately to move while Nina debates whether to inject him again. She’s trapped by blackmail, terrified of Willow’s threats, and slowly losing herself in the process.
Drew briefly fights back, giving viewers a glimmer of hope, but spoilers suggest Nina ultimately gives in and injects him again, crushing his spirit even further.
By the end of the episode, Port Charles feels like a city on the edge of collapse. Sonny is hunting enemies that may not exist, Dante is discovering his son’s devastating secret, Carly is spiraling over Josslyn, and Cashes continues manipulating nearly everyone around him while hiding in plain sight.
Every storyline is colliding at once, and the emotional consequences could permanently change these families forever. One thing is certain: nobody in Port Charles is walking away from this week unchanged.
