FULL General Hospital 5-7-2026 Spoilers | GH Thursday, May 7 | 2026

If you thought General Hospital was going to give us a calm Thursday… absolutely not. Port Charles woke up and chose chaos, and I am still not okay.

Let’s start with the walking red flag himself—Ethan Lovett. Because excuse me??? This man has been leaving creepy, cryptic voicemails like he’s starring in a true crime podcast, and now we find out he already knew Delilah Wilson was dead.

DEAD. And instead of coming clean, he’s out here playing dumb, fishing for information like he didn’t just have a whole secret partnership with her. What kind of “job” were they running?? Smuggling? Conning?

Something worse?? The vibes are criminal and I do not trust a single thing he says right now.

Meanwhile, Harrison Chase is literally turning into Sherlock Holmes in the Quartermaine living room, sniffing out that something is very, very wrong with Delilah’s past. And he’s RIGHT.

But poor Brook Lynn Quartermaine is already spiraling over her own secrets, so now the tension in that house?? Toxic. Like one wrong sentence and everything explodes. And Ethan just standing there acting clueless?? Sir, you are not slick.

And I need to talk about this theory before I implode—baby Phoebe. Because if Delilah is the mother… and Ethan was her partner… WHAT IF HE’S THE FATHER??

I’m sorry but if Brook Lynn Quartermaine and Chase are trying to build a future with that baby and Ethan suddenly steps in like “actually that’s mine,” I will personally pass away. That is peak soap chaos and I am both terrified and obsessed.

Now let’s pivot to the absolute menace currently terrorizing the hospital—Cashes pretending to be Nathan West. I cannot even deal.

He is out here pressuring Isaiah Gannon to break hospital protocol like it’s a casual Tuesday favor. Sir, people go to prison for less. Isaiah is already drowning in stress and now this fake twin is blackmailing him?? Jail. Immediately.

And then—deep breath—Britt Westbourne. This woman cannot catch a break. First she’s dealing with Rocco Falconeri confessing to a literal shooting, and now Cashes drops the most unhinged line of the week: he’s “handled” Josslyn Jacks. HANDLED??

That means kidnapped. Carly’s daughter is locked up somewhere and I am not okay. Britt’s reaction? Completely valid screaming panic because SAME. This is not a minor problem, this is a full-blown disaster waiting to detonate.

While all of that is happening, Dante Falconeri is out here connecting dots like his life depends on it, pulling Elizabeth Baldwin into the investigation.

And Liz? She’s this close to realizing Rocco is the shooter. If she says it out loud, the entire Falconeri family is going to implode. Dante finding out the truth about his own son?? That’s not drama, that’s emotional devastation.

And because Port Charles refuses to slow down, we also have Ric Lansing trying to play romantic hero with Liz while knee-deep in mob chaos.

Laura Collins is basically begging him to wake up, but he’s too busy chasing love and ignoring the fact that he’s working for Sonny Corinthos—who, by the way, is one bad mood away from ending him.

Because Sonny? Oh, he is DONE. He thinks Ric betrayed him, and when Sonny starts talking about payback, people disappear.

The only voice of reason right now is Justine Turner telling him not to go nuclear… but let’s be real, when has that ever stopped him?

So yeah. Ethan is hiding secrets, a baby bombshell is brewing, Josslyn is kidnapped, Rocco’s truth is about to explode, and Sonny is gearing up for war. Port Charles is not just messy—it’s a full-blown battlefield right now. And honestly? I cannot look away.
