General Hospital: 6 Huge May Surprises About to Change Everything
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that several characters will face new challenges while others enjoy a little fun. There’ll be some curveballs and close moments happening all month long, so let’s discuss six May surprises.
1) Brook Lynn & Chase’s important choice
First, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will talk about Phoebe and whether they’re on the same page about trying to adopt her if no family members claim her.
Chase should be just as excited as Brook Lynn about the possibility, but will they be setting themselves up for heartbreak with this decision?
2) Michael’s risky plan moves forward
As for Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), he’ll set the cheating trap he talked about for Chase and Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen). Will Willow and Chase fall right into it like Michael is hoping?
If Chase and Willow do end up having an affair, the fallout will be massive on both sides!
This could derail Chase’s marriage and adoption chances along with Willow’s entire political career, so there’ll be a lot at stake.
3) Ric’s grand gesture for Elizabeth
Meanwhile, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) will ramp up the romance in his relationship with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).
Liz will be treated to a grand gesture, so Ric may leave her impressed.
4) ‘Nathan’ and Lulu’s setback
GH fans know “Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) recently had their first major fight as a couple.
More conflict is brewing as Lulu and “Nathan” try to navigate this Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) cover-up situation, but Cassius will do his best to patch things up.
Even so, the Cassius cracks are starting to show in “Nathan’s” personality, so Lulu may see more red flags along the way.
“Nathan” and Lulu’s romantic setback could lead to bigger problems if Lulu starts investigating things Cassius would rather keep quiet!
5) Portia and Isaiah’s calm before the storm
As for Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), they’ll enjoy a night on the town.
However, that should be the calm before the storm since Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) seems determined to make Isaiah pay for a crime he didn’t commit.
Isaiah wasn’t the one who fled from the scene of the crash that night, but he’s bound to land in hot water anyway – especially since his SUV scratch will look like it came from a guardrail scrape instead of a parking blunder.
6) Anna’s next story chapter
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has already made some escape attempts at the clinic in France, so she might actually pull one off at some point.
Regardless, Anna will return to the show soon, she’ll be kicking off the next chapter of the story and will eventually learn the whole truth about what happened to her.
Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and even Pascal (Marc Forget) deserve to go down for Anna’s mental break, so stay tuned for more news on what the future holds.
