General Hospital in Uproar After Bryan Craig’s Shocking Statement!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that while Morgan Corinthos met his demise in 2016, fans know that this means nothing in the land of soaps, as characters come back from the dead all the time.

The character’s portrayer, Bryan Craig, has been vocal about Morgan’s return on social media lately, with plenty of posts and polls on his handles, asking fans if they’d like to see Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) son return.

In a more recent X post, he thanks fans and calls out GH’s producers and ABC on bringing Morgan back.

Bryan Craig Shocks Fans

In the wee hours of Monday, August 4, Craig posted the following on the social media platform, X. In the caption, he writes, “Just want to say thank you.

I appreciate all the love and support all the @GeneralHospital fans and the tabloids have given me. It will ultimately be up to @ABC_Casting @ABCNetwork @valentinifrank.”

Talk about placing ABC, GH’s Executive Producer, Frank Valentini, and the soap itself, on the spot!

It’s clear that Craig wants to return; it’s also clear that the fans would want him back, too. Is this for real, or is it a bit of a ‘work’ to get fans excited about a Craig/Morgan return, or is he genuinely calling out GH?

Could Bryan Craig Return?

Craig placed the same message on Instagram, via his IG Stories, tagging the same three handles.

Speaking of his Instagram Story, Craig also screenshotted a recent Yahoo article about the poll he conducted asking fans about his return. A whopping 95% noted they wanted a Morgan comeback, so the people have spoken, so to speak.

But will the ABC network, soap, and Valentini listen? It’s unconventional for an actor to conduct a social media campaign for a character to return, but that doesn’t mean that it can’t happen in this fashion.

After all, Craig seems to have an amicable relationship with his past employer, as the actor reprised his Morgan character at this time last summer, in ghost format, of course!
