General Hospital Spoilers: Alexis’ Horrifying Discovery, Finds Marco’s 𝙳𝚎𝚊𝚍 Body

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) will make a disturbing move now that he’s ambushed Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) at the law office.

Marco understandably looked spooked over Cullum’s arrival, but he doesn’t even know about the knife behind Cullum’s back yet.

Of course, there’s a good reason for Cullum to seek Marco out with fatal intentions.

Cullum now realizes Marco was the one who stole Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) medication, so he’s not going to let that slide.

When Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) shared his fears about Cullum going after his boyfriend, Marco tried to reassure him.

Since Cullum doesn’t have firm proof that Marco’s the one who stole Britt’s meds, Marco suggested that would work in his favor.

Marco doesn’t think Cullum would risk Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) fury without that evidence, but he’s underestimating what Cullum is capable of.

Cullum isn’t someone who waits around to prove a theory, especially when he feels strongly that he’s got the right culprit.

We’re talking about someone who takes immediate action to eliminate threats – and that’s exactly what Cullum will do now that he’s cornered Marco alone.

It looks like Cullum will stab Marco to death, so Alexis will come along and find the bloody aftermath on March 24.

GH spoilers say Alexis will discover something horrifying, so she’s bound to find Marco’s body waiting for her.

Alexis will obviously be rattled over the sight of Marco in such a gruesome state.

Although Alexis might check for a pulse, she may quickly realize there’s no hope for Marco given the severity of his injuries.

Naturally, Alexis will answer the cops’ questions as best as she can in the coming episodes.

The PCPD will investigate while Lucas ultimately faces a crushing blow across town.

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will deliver some terrible news on March 25, so she may be tasked with telling Lucas that Marco is dead.

It’s going to be a tough blow, but at least Lucas may hear it from a close friend.
