General Hospital Spoilers: Ronnie’s abusive past shocks Quartermaine family
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that there’s a good chance that Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak) will boot Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) out of the Quartermaine mansion, so let’s talk about!
During the Monday, October 6 episode, Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) final will is read.
All the Qs (minus the children) who reside in the mansion will gather, as Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) reads out Monica’s final wishes when it comes to her estate.
Tracy was mighty confident that Monica was leaving the Quartermaine home to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), her eldest grandson and ‘pride and joy’.
Monica and Michael had a very special bond, and as Michael is being primed as the head of the family, it only seemed right.
In fact, Tracy and Michael had a nice moment at the Quartermaine crypt during the Friday, October 3 show, when Tracy vowed to protect Monica’s grandson at all costs when it came to Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting.
Tracy felt as if she owed Monica this at the very least, considering how she allowed Tracy to live at the Q mansion all these years, despite their differences.
Tracy and Monica have clashed quite a bit over the years but have always landed back on the same page.
In recent years, they’ve become close, so Monica’s passing hit Tracy very hard, all things considered.
Still, Tracy’s in for a big shock when Alexis reveals that Ronnie, Monica’s long-lost sister, is the one who stands to inherit the Quartermaine family home – not Michael, not Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), or any other “Q” for that matter.
There’s something highly suspicious about this move from Monica, considering it would be out of her personality.
While Monica wouldn’t give the home to Tracy, the fact that she’s giving it to a non-Quartermaine seems odd to say the least.
Especially when there are so many Qs, Monica was close with those who would happily take on the responsibility of homeowner for the mansion and estate.
It’s clear that either Drew or more likely Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) might be behind this scheme, which will send Tracy reeling during the will reading.
There’s definitely something diabolical about this entire situation.
With that said, General Hospital fans should expect a massive meltdown from Tracy after the will is read.
Tracy was at peace knowing that she wouldn’t get the house, but that another Quartermaine would.
There’s no way she’ll lie down and allow Ronnie to take over the legacy of her family home.Tracy tends to build up a wall with anyone she meets at first.
As such, from the moment she and Ronnie interacted, they clashed, and Ronnie doesn’t seem to be someone who would put up with Tracy’s shenanigans.
On the other hand, Ronnie also doesn’t seem to be involved in whatever plan is going on from behind the scenes.
It feels as if she’ll be just as shocked when the will is read and she’s awarded the mansion. Is Ronnie a pawn in someone else’s game?
This could be very possible, and then again, she could be in the loop and playing the “innocent” victim act very well.
While the two sisters were estranged, Ronnie and Monica were able to grow closer through letters and other correspondence during Monica’s final days.
They definitely were at peace with their differences. Well, that’s according to Ronnie, so only time will tell if that was really the case.
Regardless, if Tracy throws Ronnie attitude, there’s no way she’ll put up with being disrespected.
If Ronnie believes that it was Monica’s decision to give her the Quartermaine mansion, she’ll want to adhere to her sister’s final request.
Tracy may try to fight Ronnie about this, but if Ronnie truly has ownership of the home, she could very well decide to boot Tracy out of the mansion.
Will Ronnie also demand that the rest of the Quartermaines evacuate, or will it just be Tracy, due to her insolence?
This could leave Michael, Jason, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), and others scrambling to find a place to live in light of their “new normal.”
General Hospital spoilers suggest that while the Qs will endure a little drama over the next few weeks, this is likely a ploy from someone who’s trying to cause drama in Tracy’s (and the rest of the Quartermaine family’s) life, so fans need to stay tuned to the ABC soap to see how it all gets ironed out.
