GH Spoilers: Sonny’s shocking request, Diane covers up the truth
General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, September 5, reveals that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will send an SOS to Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) asks a sacrifice question. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will also struggle in the tight spot she’s landed in, so some shocking moments are ahead.
At the Five Poppies Resort, Josslyn and Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) will lose their advantage.
Vaughn and Josslyn will find themselves back in restraints, so they’ll have a deep conversation as they worry about what comes next.
Josslyn will end up asking if Vaughn really would’ve sacrificed his life for her own.
Vaughn may admit that’s true and grow closer to Josslyn, but they’ll both fear they may not make it home alive.
Britt thankfully got a phone call out to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), who’ll return to the Five Poppies – even if he doesn’t know what exactly he’s walking into.
Jason will enter the danger zone since he’ll wind up dodging bullets from a baddie’s gun.
Pascal (Marc Forget) had reached his limit with Britt the last time fans saw them, so she might get locked up somewhere.
Jason may come to Britt’s rescue and then hear about Josslyn being trapped on the premises with Vaughn.
Whatever the case, Jason has plenty of shockers headed his way once he’s back at the Five Poppies Resort.
In Port Charles, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will interrogate Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), who’ll try to dupe her somehow.
Brennan might pretend he’s heard from his agents and that everything’s fine, but Anna will know better than to trust him.
Anna will plan to collect what she’s owed, but Brennan may get rid of her without offering any real info for now.
It’s not like Brennan has much to go on since Vaughn and Josslyn haven’t been able to check in for a while now!
If Anna asks about Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) while she’s in Brennan’s office, he might pipe up about being her alibi.
The Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) mystery will continue to take center stage on Friday’s GH episode, so Sonny will hear all the latest news and play defense.
That means Sonny will send an SOS to Diane, so she’ll wonder if she’ll be defending Sonny or perhaps Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) in this case.
Sonny may need Diane to cover all the bases until he can nail down what the cops suspect.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will get some stunning updates on Friday’s show, so we’ll see what exactly she learns.
Regardless, Alexis will get into an argument with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), who’ll shut down her mom’s idea of bringing Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) to her house.
Between Drew’s restraining orders and the fact that Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) is a hostage in the basement, it’s easy to see why Kristina will want to keep Scout away.
As for Michael, he’ll receive some information that he finds intriguing. Will it involve a suspect in Drew’s shooting or something else?
At GH, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will have a conversation about Drew as well, so they’ll seem suspicious of each other as they discuss everything that’s happened.
Finally, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will stop Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) in hopes of having an off-the-record discussion about Drew’s ordeal.
Willow might turn Lulu down, but there’s also a chance she’ll use this as an opportunity to sell her innocence.
