OMG – Spencer makes surprise return to Nurses Ball ABC General Hospital Spoilers

The Nurses Ball promises loads of fun, drama, and surprises in this week’s General Hospital spoilers!

Nina and Drew are forced to work together, Carly and Nina have a vicious catfight, Gio takes the stage with Chase and Anna, and the charity event has an unexpected guest!

“Welcome to the 2025 Nurses Ball!” announces Drew as he joins Nina on the red carpet to welcome the guests and the viewers watching at home.

Nina gives a tight smile, clearly not happy about being forced to work alongside the corrupt Congressman.

But before the annual charity gala can get underway, Nina has some business to discuss with Carly — namely, her fighting for custody of Michael’s children on behalf of her son.

And things quickly spiral out of hand as the two women start fighting and wind up tumbling over the couch and onto the floor! How much uglier will this get?

At the Nurses Ball, the audience applauds as Gio takes the stage with his violin to play as Chase and Anna prepare to perform the tango to his accompaniment.

I just wanted to do something I’ve never done before,” the young man declares.

But what’s a party without a crasher? The Nurses Ball is always a place where secrets are revealed, so might Gio’s true paternity be revealed in front of everyone?

Or will someone unexpected take the stage, like Michael making a surprise return to Port Charles? One thing’s for sure — you’re not going to want to miss any of it!
