Wait, What?! Did General Hospital’s Britt Just Reveal the Truth About Nathan?

Wow. We either got the mother of all mistakes at the end of General Hospital‘s Thursday episode, or Britt just slipped up and casually let us know something seriously major! As she was getting ready to leave Port Charles, Britt was sharing one last conversation with Joss.

The young agent asked Britt if Cullum knew her dad, implying that he could be behind this all. Britt just told Josslyn that her dad is dead and all that’s left of him is his brain in a jar (creepy and also worrying), four kids and the Huntington’s disease that he passed down to her. Yes, you read that right: Four kids.

The problem is, we only know of three: Peter, Britt and Nathan. Can anyone else come up with a fourth? No? Well, we can! Provided it’s not Cullum (and we feel like Britt would have mentioned that in the conversation about his ties to Faison), there’s only one other possibility we can think of. Nathan had a twin!

This would explain just about everything. The distance from Maxie, the police procedures he forgot, the baseball skills gone, the childhood he described that didn’t seem to match up with what we knew. And Britt knowing this would also explain why she and Nathan haven’t really had much to do with each other since their respective returns from the dead. If this isn’t Nathan, but a twin helping out the enemy, she wouldn’t have too many warm fuzzy feelings for him.

Three… and Four?!

As for why she hasn’t said anything, well, her life has quite literally been in Sidwell and Cullum’s hands. Britt just might have been forced to keep quiet about it all to save herself.

And on top of everything else, there was Cullum’s strange interaction with Lulu and Nathan on Thursday. Supposedly, Nathan doesn’t know him, but the preview for Friday has him warning Dante to keep Cullum away from Lulu! Maybe this twin genuinely fell for Lulu and is just hoping to keep her out of this mess. Which is too little, too late, buddy.
