What Happened to Y&R’s Adam in Las Vegas?
This week on The Young and the Restless, Adam returned to Las Vegas. But this time, he has his brother, Nick, to help. In recent years, Adam has transformed himself into a changed man. However, he still makes plenty of mistakes, and could get sucked into the Spider’s dangerous web again.

What Happened in Vegas Doesn’t Stay in Vegas
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Sharon (Sharon Case) are both concerned about what could happen to Adam (Mark Grossman) when he returns to Las Vegas. During his last trip, he reconnected with Riza (Tina Casciani, who’s returning to Y&R), the so-called queen of the poker scene from his “Spider” days.
Adam hopes Riza will have more information about Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) whereabouts so they can get to him before he reaches The Newmans. Their reunion could turn dangerous, bringing up Adam’s past drama. He relied heavily on the “Spider” persona he had created during his 2019 amnesia.
A lot of trouble might brew in Vegas. Riza could dredge up the past, making it harder for him to work on his mission with Nick. Meanwhile, Nick could spiral into the throes of his painkiller addiction, which developed after his car accident involving Matt.
Chelsea fears that Adam could lose himself and ruin the progress he had made toward redemption. She told Sharon that the “darker side” of his identity could resurface once he returns home to Genoa City.
Why This Could Be a Good Thing
Adam went from the black sheep of the family to someone who desperately wanted Victor’s approval. He lost the edge that made him intriguing to watch. In the past, Adam would try to get revenge on Victor and the rest of his family.
