Willow discovers Drew is Shiloh – the real Drew πšπš’πšŽπš in prison ABC GH Spoilers

Shocking Twist in Port Charles: Is Shiloh Back as Drew Cain?

Port Charles is reeling from rumors that Shiloh β€” the former leader of the Dawn of Day cult β€” may not be dead after all and has returned posing as Drew Cain.

Previously believed to have been killed by Sam and Jason, recent clues suggest Shiloh may have survived with the help of Cyrus Renault.

Five years ago, Cyrus is said to have rescued Shiloh and arranged for him to undergo plastic surgery to look exactly like Drew Cain, who was imprisoned at the time.

The plan: kill the real Drew, replace him with Shiloh, and use him to take over ELQ and sabotage the Corinthos family.

While Cyrus believed Drew had been eliminated, he was actually transferred to a secret facility, brainwashed, and altered beyond recognition.

Back in Port Charles, people began noticing odd behavior from “Drew” β€” increasingly cold and manipulative, especially toward Willow, who had once been one of Shiloh’s victims.

One night, Willow caught him performing a ritual eerily similar to those used in the Dawn of Day cult. Horrified, she confided in Jason.

Initially skeptical, Jason started digging and discovered shocking evidence that the real Drew might still be alive.

His search led him to a hidden medical facility in Europe, where he found Drew β€” brainwashed and confused but alive.

Jason brought him home, and during an emergency ELQ board meeting, the truth was exposed: the man posing as Drew was actually Shiloh.

Authorities arrested Shiloh, and this time, it looks like there’s no escape.

Meanwhile, another drama is unfolding. Molly left Cody, who was seriously injured, in charge of watching little Donna Corinthos.

Despite being in pain and on heavy medication, Cody tried to push through and care for Donna, raising serious concerns about her safety.

Fans were quick to react. Some sympathized with Cody, citing his loyalty to the Corinthos family.

Others criticized Molly and Kristina for their poor judgment β€” especially while Sonny, Donna’s father, is undergoing a risky surgery. Many questioned why either of them thought Cody, in his condition, was a suitable caregiver.

The situation has stirred intense debate in Port Charles: Who can truly be trusted to look after a child when danger is always lurking?
