General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) may flip out over Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) mansion buy and fear that provoking Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) will backfire.
In GH’s October 29 episode, Drew gave Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) updates on his Quartermaine house purchase plan and left her wondering how that would help Willow.
That led to Drew’s explanation that it would distract and destabilize Michael.
Drew argued that Michael is under a microscope right now, so he suggested that Michael could make one wrong move and risk losing it all.
Nina was skeptical that buying Michael’s family home would make him crack, but Drew insisted Michael would lash out and prove to everyone that he was reckless enough to try to kill him.
Drew clearly thinks he’s got it all figured out, but Willow may not approve of his strategy once she hears the news.
Willow could easily have a meltdown and worry that Drew’s making things worse instead of better.
Although Willow might agree that Michael’s going to lash out, she may doubt that he’ll make any reckless moves because of Drew’s mansion purchase.
Michael tends to be cold and calculated in his retaliation schemes instead, so that’s exactly what Willow may be afraid of.
Willow may worry that Drew’s provoking Michael and potentially making her even more of a target.
Ever since Willow was arrested, she’s been blaming Michael for framing her.
If Michael is truly responsible for Willow sitting in a prison cell at Pentonville, then we can understand why she’d be on edge about whatever he might plot next.
Although Willow would certainly like to score her freedom and point the finger at Michael instead, she may think Drew’s tactic is all wrong.
Willow may feel like they need to focus on somehow proving Michael is responsible for the crime – not riling him up and making him more determined to take Willow down!
